"tahoe get" returns HTML #3710

Currently on master, "tahoe get" spits out HTML when "tahoe get"-ing a directory-cap (URI:DIR2: in this case).

Adding "?t=json" to the URL it queries fixes this .. but there may be other implications to that (for non-directories).
