When a download gets interrupted before the EOF, the full capability gets logged into 'twistd.log'.

As mentioned in #685, this should be fixed with changeset:4b7c94ece074ede2. If someone can verify, please feel free to close #685 (and maybe update its Milestone to 1.8.0).
